A hatha yoga practice represents the most sophisticated and comprehensive health
care practices. I have been practicing daily for the twenty years and I have witnessed
a massive change in my overall health as well as the health and happiness of those
practicing yoga around me. What is also great is that you don’t have to be young, flexible,
strong or athletic to do yoga, yoga can be enjoyed by everyone.
I have felt it, seen it, and more importantly, it is scientifically proven that yoga done
